1. Return and Exchange Window
For eligible items, customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Requests submitted after this 14-day window will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
- All original labels, serial numbers, packaging, accessories, manuals, and protective materials must be intact and included.
3. Return Process
Please do not ship any items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.

Step 2: Await our review. We will respond with an approval status and specific packaging instructions.
Step 3: For approved returns, securely package the item and hand it over to the designated courier.

4. Resolution Scenarios
A. Seller Error or Defective Products (Eligible Items Only)
If you receive a defective, non-functional, or incorrect eligible item:
- We will arrange a free return pickup via our courier partners.
- You may opt for a replacement or a full refund.
- If a replacement part is out of stock or unavailable, a full refund will be issued automatically.
B. Customer Error or "Change of Mind" (Eligible Items Only)
If you ordered the incorrect part/model or no longer need the eligible item:
- You may choose to exchange the item or request a refund.
- Restocking Fee: If you opt for a refund, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
- Shipping: The customer is strictly responsible for shipping the item back to us at their own expense using their preferred courier. We do not arrange return pickups for these scenarios.
- Once the returned item is received and passes inspection, your replacement will be dispatched or your partial refund will be processed.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed for eligible defective/incorrect items, or for eligible customer-error returns (subject to the 20% restocking fee).
- All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival at our facility.
- Once approved, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
- Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional processing time to post the funds to your account. If 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us at support@lenovoparts.in.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For quality and security purposes, the following items are final sale and strictly cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Electronic & Laptop Components: Items such as laptop screens, keyboards, batteries, motherboards, and any other internal or external components are non-returnable.
- Items that have been physically damaged or tampered with.
- Products missing their original packaging, serial numbers, or labels.
- Custom-ordered or specially programmed components.
- Software, digital products, and license keys.
- Gift cards and credit notes.
Items returned that fail our inspection due to usage/damage, tampering, or missing components may be rejected entirely or subject to additional fees at our sole discretion.
7. Shipping Damage and Refused Deliveries
- If a returned item is damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging by the customer, it may be rejected or receive a partial credit.
- Orders refused at delivery or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer may be subject to redelivery fees or processed as a customer-error return (subject to the 20% restocking fee).
